BUYER BEWARE. I asked my sales rep Curtis for a zero down purchase and was told that was not a problem - i signed up for a demo model Tesla 3. Bought the charger, paid the "order fee" and went on my way expecting delivery by Monday. Turns out - the financier wanted 4000 down. I explained that I could do 2k max right now - but 4mk would take about another 6-8 weeks to come up with. Tesla didn't budge on any aspect of this, so the entire 44k purchase was put in jeopardy. They stated that they could put the purchase on hold for 14 days - then they would have to cancel the order. Remember - I am already fully committed to buying. I could not understand why until I cancelled the order. The ORDER FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE. So I just gave Elon Musk $250 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, agree to PAYING A RED CENT until you have sorted out the actual purchase and have the key in your hand to drive off the lot. I kept the charger because I just bought a used Tesla instead.

We were on vacation and went into the Tesla dealership spoke with the employee stating what we were interested in. We had said we already built the one we wanted online but wanted to see and test drive in person (as we don't have a Tesla dealership near us). We were able to test drive one and loved it. We would have to order the one we wanted as we wanted a 3rd row. She said I would send quotes 3 different ones and go from there. Saturday is a week and still have yet to hear from her or receive any emails. The employees were nice but I also felt we weren't getting the full attention as other individuals/families were. We were ready to purchase/order right then and there. Sorry but you lost out on our business. This was my celebration gift as I completed my chemotherapy. We were ready to purchase and drive out that day but as we understood 3rd row has to be ordered which is completely fine no biggie, but we were ready to order it immediately. A follow up or how she stated she would send emails would have been great. Now we are on the hunt for another Tesla dealership that deserves our business.

Tesla service staff are always friendly, nice, and great. I love my model s and continue to enjoy it immensely, however, the quality and level of service has gone down over the past 8 years all around. I picked up my car recently and the cubby, area below the screen, etc was all disconnected and screen was too. They charged me twice for diagnostics. Everything was rectified once brought to their attention, just disappointing to see things go down hill over time.

It is 2023. Treat your female customers right. I went in with my boyfriend to buy our Tesla. The rep at the store, Samuel only greeted him, asked him what his requirements were. Throughout the whole time I was there, he answered my questions while looking at my boyfriend. I AM A HARDWARE ENGINEER WHO DESIGNS CHIPSETS FOR SELF-DRIVING CARS FOR GODSAKE!!! I understand tech and cars. Like excuse me, I am standing right beside him, not even a hello and when we eventually placed an order, he congratulated just my boyfriend. It was disrespectful and not the behavior you expect. Samuel or any other rep in the store reading this, do better.
